This program is generally performed without an intermission, and runs approximately 60-65 minutes. In lieu of program notes, the performances typically feature projected images that accompany each of the songs. The accompanying slides contain, texts, translations, images, and biographical information about the composers and the River of Words organization.

This program features a wide variety of songs and styles and runs approximately 90 minutes..  It includes works in English and in Spanish, and works written for the performers as well as selections from the standard repertoire.
